wp_options Huge table size

My wp_options size is huge. I am also struggling with the WordFence plugin. I had to disable the scan option and make the live traffic store for 7 days with 100 rows. Also the same case is with the wp_wfconfig table which is huge in size.
Still every 20 days my DB size is increasing around 1 GB.

There is certainly something fishy going on here. Can someone help.
