• Hey everyone,

I use Elementor to layout the product archive. Filter working perfectly after insert through shortcode.
Now I want to use the sidebar for mobile devices (Filters in Sidebar). The button “show Filter” does not show up in the normal way, so I used the shortcode again. Worked good as well, the sidebar appears. But the filter widgets are not shown. I tried to include single filter in the widet area, and also groups. Does not work.

I found out, when I deactivate my elementor archive template, then the filters are working – strange. Does anybody have an idea for this?

Thanks and best regards to all ! 🙂

    Hello,

If you need to display different filters for different devices(mobile and desktop), then you can create two group and set option “Hide this group on:” as mobile for first group and Tablet, Desktop for second group.

    Hey Oleg,

thanks for your response and the information, but this was not the problem I have.
Everythink works perfectly when I dont use elementor to create the product archive.
If I use the product archive with elementor, the Button does not appear automatically and the sidebar ist empty.

Do you can help me with that?
