Stripe payment data integration

I have created form but when I have connected stripe account to this then during payment it is showing error that “you can’t make payment due to Indian regulations you have to provide name and address then it will successful”. But I am asking from the customers these details, the problem is stripe is not able to fatch the name and address from the form… Please give me solution.
