question: handling multiple coders

I have some outsourcers interested in working on my blog. Currently I have only entrusted one guy with the coding. I need to get others involved. I would be very interested in hearing from others that don’t code their own blogs and particularly those who have more than one developer working within the same code.

What kinds of problems have you run into?
Have you ever had to recover from a disaster?
