Your theme is causing the layout to be rendered before the full page is loaded:
Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content.
Try using the default theme first.

Maybe another reason: EMEFS uses the openstreetmap api (and thus loads some javascript files to do so). There might be an issue (I need to test this) if you have disabled the map-option in EMEFS. Can you tell me the value of that option?
Option “Enable Maps integration?” on /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=emefs is OFF

Well, I tested that and indeed that caused the problem, so I already fixed it and released a new version.

@liedekef, I replaced the existing file with a new file, but the problem didn’t resolve – datepicker is not displayed (look at https://i.ibb.co/cvDGHv3/bad.jpg)
But by shortcode on botton datepicker is displayed: https://i.ibb.co/xzHwSD0/okey.jpg

@jurvrn : then some other plugin is blocking/conflicting with emefs in that specific case. You should try to disable all other plugins and enable one by one until you find the conflicting plugin. Also, check using the default theme.
