    Hi,

I’m building a website for selling online graphic design services. Which means there are no fixed prices. The price depends on the design’s size, complexity, colour etc.

Customers will fill out a design form, I will review it, determine how much the design will cost and send them an email with a link to the checkout.

Will I need to create a new product every time a new price gets introduced or is there a better way?

What’s the best practise for accepting payments for a custom priced service online?

    Thanks

P.S. I have disabled the WooCommerce cart functionality with a plugin and allow only 1 product purchase at a time.

    Hi there!

You may want to have a look at our Quote Request for WooCommerce extension. With it, you wouldn’t have to provide a new product every time, but you could offer a single product that customers can request a quote on.

Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
