Hi there @jefhandy56 – thanks so much for making the effort to post the screencast. It would help us, however, if you could copy and paste the report for us (makes it easier to digest!).
If you go to WooCommerce > Status, you can select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
I’d also still like to see a screenshot of the settings I mentioned in my first reply.

Try surrounding it with the CODE button that you see at the top of the reply field, that should do the trick 🙂

Just figured out what I was doing wrong. I removed the equation and just put a single cost. now it works fine.
