    I have been trying to contact you regarding the plugin customisation you did for me. It is no longer working for some reason so my website cannot accept orders right now. I need you to fix urgently. I have had no response by email from you. Have you changed your email address? Please let me know as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    Great to hear from you. I was wondering why you were not replying to me emails. I will send emails from different account now, including an older email I sent regarding some bug I found.
