    Hello there,
    If you cannot find a trace of this payment on PayPal it means that most likely the customer abandoned before proceeding with the payment.

    You can wait until the order cancels automatically or cancel it yourself if you’re sure that the customer will not pay.

    You can try enabling the logs in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > Debug log > Check – Enable logging and wait for it to happen again, so that the issue is tracked and we can see what happens.

    Also, check the logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button. Is there any errors for the log dated the same as the orders?
