Sorry, this file cannot be edited message

    I tried to edit a theme I uploaded and I’m getting a “Sorry, this file cannot be edited” message when trying to switch to it. I’ve CHMOD the files to 777 just to see if that would solve the problem, but that doesn’t seem to be it. I’ve disabled all of my plugins as well, but I still get the message. This is a brand new install of WordPress and it happens with every file.

    Has anyone run into this and figured out what’s causing it?

    Which files exactly? Those in the relevant wp-content/themes folder?
