Media/ Uploader Question

Good day all,

I would like to ask about the image name, I mean that if I put the name of the image for example in Arabic, then the Uploader will not function it because it gives the URL of the image with its same name.

So, is there anyway that will allow the uploader to change the name of any image that I upload for example to any other name?

Please Advice.
