WooCommerce Cron Job Failure

    I’ve installed WordPress and the FlatSome theme and I’ve been trying to program all of my products however, despite turning on Cron jobs and programming the cron to run on a schedule at:

    I am still seeing in my dashboard that the cron jobs aren’t running.

    I am not an expert and I’ve never used Cron jobs before. I messaged the hosting company who said ” we are seeing some error outputs when running the following form our command line.” and I am at a loss.

    I do not know what should be running, where to program it or what to do and I’m desperate to make sure the store is running as it should, please, please could someone help me?

    Hi there,

    I would recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin available here:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/

    Once it’s installed, you can go to Tools > Cron Events to see if there are any errors or messages listed at the top of the page that might explain the issues you are having with the WP-Cron system.

    You could also checked under WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there are any fatal-errors that might explain why things are breaking.

    If you are still having trouble, please let us know what you find after doing the above, and also please copy the error messages that the hosting company said they were seeing.

    Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
