Forms Send, But Do Not Reach Email

    I discovered that no form fills have come through via email since August 27th.

    Form fills send correctly and have the green border message; they’re also captured via Flamingo.

    However we are not receiving these form fills via email.

    I’ve cleared the cache, and tried removing the captcha but this didn’t fix the issue.
