hello, after the subscription no confirmation email arrives. i set double double opt in. while the test send email works.

Hi, site where to test a subscription? Could be the provider blocking some kind of emails? Have you already asked them?

hello now I try to contact the provider. but I suppose that if it were the provider, the “welcome test emails” would not even arrive

If some emails arrive and other not, almost surely there is an antispam filter at provider level. Try to change the confirmation text, for example.

it was a server spam filter problem. I recommend a great online tool http://www.mail-tester.com/
