Start embedded video at certain point

Hello,

I like this plugin and want to use it to play youtube videos as a “cinema show” to my users.
For this, I embed the video and disable controls. But I noticed that, of course, when the page is reloaded the video starts from the beginning again.
What I want is that the video plays and feels like a stream, just in a movie theatre.

Is there a way to set the starting time for a video server-side?
This way, users could refresh the page or join later but all users would be watching the same part at the same time. All clients should be synchronized.
