Looking for specific type of theme/layout (trying to avoid customizing code)

    Hi Guys,

    I need to create a blog that has exactly the same layout as this (colors and fonts can vary):
    (link below)

    Anyone know of a theme I can use out of the box or will I need to customize it with my own code? And if customizing with code is necessary, how do I do this in the WordPress GUI?
