    Hello
    I have a problem. I cannot receive alerts for new orders. It was working fine before 2 weeks. I didn’t change any settings or install any new plugins.
    I tried SMTP plugin, and it was the same.

    can you advise me please to fix this issue?

    Hi @007asom ,

    It is strange that you’re not receiving the New Order emails. I recommend checking and ensuring that the New Order email is enabled at WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

    If the New Order email is already enabled, then please try email troubleshooting as per our guide here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
