EK Navigation menu layout

Hello,
I have encountered an issue with my EK nav menu widget. The padding and spacing of my menu are not displaying properly. Please see the example below.

I believe that this issue occurred the moment I installed the latest version of Elementor Pro. Could it be that it is a compatibility issue?
