preview uploaded image

hi my developer create order form with upload photo function in product page
first of all i want that user can upload any size of file (its now limited) we try to fix it but its seems that there is still issued
and i want user can uploaded any photo file format
i get an error in several formats

and above all
when user upload photo and redirect to cart page
the uploaded photo need to shown in the preview next to product name
we also try it and get several problems
