It is there if you set the product to be Free, but if you add a price, say 0.99, then after paying on paypal, the item is not present on the checkout page to download.

PS – products do arrive by email 30 mins after being purchased, but that is really poor from a customer POV to wait 30 mins for their 30kb PDF file.

Just to reconfirm, you’re able to view the download link if the product is free, but if it needs payment, then the download option isn’t available even after paying for the product?
Can you please cross-check the order status for the order where your customer paid for the product, but the download option wasn’t available?
Along with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
