Ok well nobody answered lol but I figured it out. Not sure why changing what I did made me not able to log in.

But what I did to fix was just request a new password and that seemed to fix it. If you do not know what email you registered that account with then do this: go to your hosting account -> phpMyAdmin -> select your sites database -> wp_users. That should show you your username and what email its registered to.

This is probably not the right place to post this, but I am going CRAZY!! (shouting intended). I have a web site hosted by Niche Profit Classroom. It is set up with their modifications of Word Press called Niche Profit Press. I have to log in with the user name: admin. Actually I have two web sites. One works ok when I put in the URL (http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin But the other one will not let me access the Dashboard for that URL. I still have to use the username: admin. But my password is not recognized and I have tried everyone that I have used (I have a lot of stuff with different passwords that I record). When I request that I get my password, I enter my email, get a message to check my email, nothing is there. Now I have asked this question several times here an in the support area of Word Press.com. The response I get is for a different user name that I set up separately from Niche Profit Press. Is there a problem having the same username and email for different URL’s?

I am a newbie and made a newbie mistake. I wanted to change my URL and did so in my settings page. I simply typed the address into the field. Now, I cannot access my dashboard. When I type in user/pass, I receive “page not found” etc. How do I access my dashboard and fix this?
