    Hoping for insight related to the latest WP update. My orders are processing but only the customer info and total payment is captured in the order email and WC admin. The payment is processed normally.

    I’ve upgraded WP to 5.5.1, but am still running WC 3.4.6 because the latest version does not work with Canada Post Shipping and Moneris plugins that I rely on.

    Any thoughts out there?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that your orders are processing, but not all of the information is present in the order view and emails. You had mentioned that you haven’t updated WooCommerce due other plugin compatibility, but I suspect having an outdated version of WooCommerce might be causing this. The version you are currently using is almost 2 years old, so I would highly recommend updating as far as you can to see if this rectifies the issue at all.

    Alternatively, this could also be caused by a theme or plugin conflict, so you may want to test by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
