Can’t Seem to Install Theme

I bought a custom theme from elegantthemes.com and followed the directions on how to upload it and install it, but it still doesn’t seem to be working.

I installed the theme to /public_html/wp-content/themes and I can see the folder, but it’s just not showing up in my Dashboard. Neither are any plug-ins that I also uploaded. I’m using cPanel, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with this.

I’ve also contacted my hosting company, but haven’t gotten a reply yet.

I’m completely new to this, so I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Does anyone have advice?
