On my homepage on the desktop, how can I make my logo appear on the far left and my title to be centered in the middle? On my homepage for tablet & phone, how do I make both the logo and title appear in the middle with the title underneath the logo? My site is basisbugle.com

This is really a question about your theme and should be asked over in the theme’s support area. https://wordpress.org/support/theme/mantranews/.

I do believe it will require the use of custom css and a child theme though. https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

Hope this gets you headed in the correct direction.
