Can’t use own template files

    Hi, trying to use my own template for the packing slips using WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips.

    I have followed documentation and created a duplicate templtae under
    wp-content/themes/flatsome/woocommerce/pdf/simple-new

    however when I generate packing slip it still uses the old template files from original folder in:
    “wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/Simple”

    How do i get it to use my new template?

    You probably have not selected the ‘simple-new’ template yet in the General settings.

    By the way, it looks like you are doing this in your main theme, note that if this is updated you will lose the changes. To make changes in your theme that are protected from updates you need a child theme.
