Support locked – woocommerce.com account

    Hi, today I created new account to buy something on woocommerce.com.

    I added our company VAT number, yet i was charched VAT.

    I tried to access support but with no luck. I only get the message: In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.

    I already confirmed my email. Tried to log out and back in. Nothing works…

    Hi @kajahal

    There are currently some issues going on with the VIES database, which causes problems for WooCommerce.com to check VAT statuses/numbers.

    In order to check your account status, can you tell us your WooCommerce.com username? We can then look it up for you and see what might be wrong.
