Please can you install WP Rollback, then roll back to Max Mega Menu v2.8, then go to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cache?
I want to check how the menu worked previously.

I am currently at work. I can only do that tonight. If you open the page in the browser on your desktop PC and reduce the window so that only the mobile menu is displayed, you can scroll down with the mouse at the first menu item. As I said, this works best on the PC. The other menu items are covered by a white area.

I do see that, I am just trying to figure out if it is a bug introduced in 2.9, or something else. If you could roll back tonight then I will take another look first thing tomorrow.

I have reset the plugin to version 2.8 and deleted the CSS cache. Unfortunately this did not work either. I rebuilt the website with WordPress at the end of January. And put it online. I had exported the theme in a txt file. Maybe this will help you. Let me know if you need it.

Ok, I think it is a problem with the theme. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add the following:
.nv-nav-wrap {
min-height: 100vh;
}

I checked my site again tonight. With this entry the mobile menu works, but not the menu in the desktop version.

In the desktop version no menu is shown to me at all. Only the search button. I have now removed the CSS code again, so that at least the menu works correctly on the PC. The Max Mega menu has also been reset to version 2.8. But that did not help at all. Maybe deleting and reinstalling the menu plugin could help. What do you think?
