Sorry but I can’t even see where to scan my wordpress, I think I am going mad…

Woah, I can’t scan because I keep getting told to resume the installation but I have no idea what to do to resume the installation, I keep going around in circles…..

It sounds like possible you haven’t optimized the firewall yet.
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/ is a good guide for that.

If this doesn’t fix your issue, could you screenshot the exact error you are seeing and post it here?
