I’m wondering if it is possible to have the downloads page (in the my account tab) show images (cover image of product) that users click to download rather than links?

Hi there,

It’s definitely possible although there are no default options in that regard. Practically speaking, it means that function would need to be added through custom coding by a web developer or one of the experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
