Course not updating

Updated this course throughout the week and all night last night. Actually completed with all content. Constantly kept selecting the update button as required and when we attempted to review, all content was not saved.

What can we do recover that content as well as if we unplug or update plugin we will loose what new content what has been added within the last 7 days?
