    I purchased the WooCommerce subscription plugin December 2020. I have the receipt and confirmation from Woo. I need to update it but there is no record of it in my account. I double checked that I purchased it from the same email address which I have. It’s just disappeared. I need to update it as it’s causing compatibility issues with my site but no one from the Woo team is responding – presumably because it appears I haven’t purchased anything. Can someone help? This is getting ridiculous.

    If you purchased the extension from http://www.woocommerce.com, then you’ll have access to our paid member support there.

    If you aren’t seeing the purchase under your account, it may be that you accidentally created more than one account.

    So that we can help locate your order and get you access to paid support, can you please do the following.

    First, take a look at your credit card statement from when you purchased this product. You will see the WooCommerce order number listed in the charges description field.

    Next, please go to:
    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Once there create a new ticket with us. You can choose the “Help with my Account” option if you aren’t able to select the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. In the body of the ticket plugin include the order number and then let us know you are having trouble finding the purchase in your account along with updating the plugin.
