Invoicing + listing orders

Hi All,

Client logs in on my website, see all services listed with his own pricing. places an order. When finish i receive an email and the client too. The client doesnt get an invoice for every order but at the end of every month for all orders. all orders are categorised: total amount of orders, total € per client somewhere in woocommerce. (so i dont have manually make an invoice for all orders per client). Then with one mouse click i should be able to send the client an invoice. (automated email)

I dont have any experience with woocommerce or whatsoever, i just like to hear you guys ideas and send me into the right direction.
