    Hi there,

    If I understand you correctly, then the answer is yes.

    You can manually create an order, select Email order details to customer, which will send them an email with a Pay now link in it.

    When they follow the link, it takes them to your checkout page, where they can complete the checkout process like normal. You can read more about the details, here:

    WooCommerce will collect payment via your active payment gateway during the checkout process, and will send a confirmation email to both the store owner and the customer – that part is automatic. Learn more in the Sell Products section of the Getting Started guide.

    If you want to “collect payment”, some manual action would be required, as explained above.

    If you’d like to add detail about your ultimate goal, and how you imagine it would work, then I might be able to add more detail to the answer or point you in the right direction.
