    Hi there,

I understand you have uploaded 18 items, but it’s showing 42.

In the screenshot you provided, it’s showing that you have 39 total, and 14 published which doesn’t seem to match what you are describing either:

Did you upload 18, and then trash 4 of the products (I see there are 4 in the trash in your screenshot)?

Did you upload products using the built-in CSV Import functionality?

Taking a look at the site, I see there are 14 products in your shop, which matches the “14 published” from your screenshot.

Please explain a bit more about the steps you have taken, and the issue you are seeing. Also, please send a screenshot of the whole Products > All Product page.

    Thank you

This kind of problem might be usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hey @tekoneko,

It’s been a while since we heard from you, so I’m marking this thread resolved. Hopefully, you’ve been able to resolve this, but if you haven’t, please let open up a new topic and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers
