    Hi, I would love to know if the plugin can work as a plugin for Staging, and can it work fine even when uploading the Staging version to the original site?

    You can set up sub-domain (test.example.com) as a separate site for testing purpose, export and import the site are what you can do in free version.

    This is depend on your web hosting plan whether they can restrict to only www domain, you could set up on your desktop/laptop if you have technical skills to do so.

    Yes, you can use the plugin for staging.
    The tricky part is transferring from staging back to production.
    The plugin will overwrite the database so you want to make sure to keep staging always in sync.

    You can import your production site every day.
