    Our agency has had multiple issues with this plugin, but the recent update 2 weeks ago has completely made this plugin unusable from an agency perspective.

    We’re having numerous errors with the new Facebook + WooCommerce plugin update. All of our client websites are experiencing issues with their product catalogues, it’s removed their Facebook & Instagram Shops and our agency now is not “eligible” to reconnect their website to Facebook’s new Commerce Manager platform.

    Further, we’re unable to connect any new clients websites using this plugin. We’ve contacted Facebook Support daily for going on the past 3 weeks and still no explanation, timeline for the fix or any resolution whatsoever. Avoid this plugin at all costs!

    I’m so sorry for the issues that you are experiencing! We have had some other users reporting similar issues, and we are working closely with the Facebook team to get these resolved as quickly as possible.

    If you haven’t yet done so, could you please open up a support request with us using this link? We would love to look into the specific issues that you’re seeing from our end as well to see what we can do right now to help you get these resolved.
