Try deactivating the plugin one by one until the issue is resolved. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles and once the plugin is identified you can let me know. If this doesn’t help let me know so that I can assist you further with this.

Just go to Customizing->Additional CSS and paste the following CSS code and see if that resolves your issue:

.main-navigation li{
    float:left;
}
