Hmmm, I’m still not seeing that on my side with Stripe on my local testing site. Can you share the screenshot I asked for? Also, it might also be helpful in taking a closer look at what else is installed on your site. To do that, please share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**.

Thanks for your reply.

We backed up the site, created a cloned site and removed all plug ins and the issue still persisted.

It looks like it could be the theme so we have contacted the theme owners. However, I can’t quite get my head around how we would get around this when our theme is present all through our site! How could we replace it with a storefront theme at this point?
