You are using the free version of the plugin. In this case, you should configure the WooCommerce product as downloadable (it is a checkbox in the product’s settings), and enter at least an audio file into the list of downloadable files.

The product is already downloadable 🙁
And i also added the download file for the Product but not able to add the sample

The section of your screenshot is active only in the professional version of the plugin. The free version should use the same downloadable file for demo.
If the downloadable file is an audio, but the website does not load the music player, then the cause of the issue is different.
The most probable cause of the issue, in this case, are the actions used by the theme active on your website. If the theme active on your website does not trigger the common WooCommerce actions, you should enter the actions used by the theme through the attributes in the settings page of the plugin.
