Window to fix

Hi, after the last update (4.9.4) I see a window in “new post” page.
I have tried with various devices (PC and MAC) and I see this incomplete window (see screenshot 1). If I zoom out on my browser page, I also see the buttons to hide the window (screenshot 2).
