@nikiamedia After it crashes daily, what brings the site back up? The PDF you shared, where are you seeing that? Is that the source code of a page in particular? The more details you can share, the easier it’ll be for people in the community to chime in with suggestions.

If you think this might be caused by a theme or plugin conflict the best way to know for sure is to run a conflict test:

You’ll want to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. Then, disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce, and test for the issue.

If the issue is gone, you’ll then have to re-enable features one by one, while testing for the issue; until you find out which one is causing this behavior.

We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

This is what I got in an email

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 24 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Autoloader.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’)

I’d recommend following the instructions I shared above for conflict testing.

Let us know what you find afterwards!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
