“Really Static” Plugin & Navigation Links

I currently have a WP site installed in folder /main/.
I installed the “Really Static” plugin and created the static files in folder /static/ on the same server.

Now when I go to my static site, the navigation links in the static site point to the original dynamic WP install in the /main/ folder.

How do I fix or configure this plugin so that the navigation links point to static pages?
