    Do you mean a human readable sitemap, rather than an xml sitemap for search engines?

    If so, have a look at Hitoshi Omagari’s PS Auto Sitemap plugin.

    There are other plugins available for creating a sitemap, but this one is my preference.

    If it’s an xml sitemap file, in the same folder as your WordPress installation.
