Make improvements plugin?

Hi! Im searching for a plugin that makes it possible for visitors to send a “pm” to the admin with proposals for a better site. The admin should then be able to accept (save) the one’s he thinks is good and deny (throw away) the bad ones. I can’t find one though, or isn’t there any? Thanks in advance!
