#_insertion issues

    When I send a booking confirmation email, all of these #_insertions work great:

    Dear #_PERSONLASTNAME, You have successfully booked a seat for #_EVENTNAME on #_STARTDATE at #_STARTTIME PST. At the appointed time, grab your favorite drink and click here to join the Zoom meeting. We’re looking forward to seeing you here!

    BUT, none of these work:

    Cancel URL: #_CANCEL_URL
    Cancel Link: #_CANCEL_LINK
    Cancel Own Link: #_CANCEL_OWN_LINK
    #_BOOKINGID
    #_TOTALPRICE
    #_RESPSEATS

    Can you help me understand what we’re doing wrong? Thanks!

    The only thing I can think about is that you’re not sending booking mails …
    How are you sending the mails?

    Not sure we understand. We actually are sending the emails…but when we test it, we get results like this:
