Certain Admin Users Cannot Edit Pages

    When I am logged in as me as an Administrator, I can edit all pages. However, my colleagues are setup as Administrators and they cannot edit all pages. It is happening in the Learn Dash Lessons, they can edit some and some they cannot. It just keeps loading the grey page.

    I thought it could be a computer issue, so I tried logging in as them on my computer, and I also cannot access the page! But as soon as I switch back to my own Admin user, I can access them.

    Anyone know what this could be????? What is weird, is that last week it worked for her for a couple of days out of nowhere and then stopped working again. I deactivated all plugins to test, and it did not fix the problem for her user account.

    I also tried creating a brand new Admin account, but that also didn’t work.

    I do have tickets into Elementor support, but I am just wondering if anyone else has seen this???

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
