    Good day, I would like to know few things about the plugin:

    1. Can the plugin can have the pdfs, if any, sent in the email notification along with the other information?

    2. Can the plugin only accept pdf documents?

    3. There are three rows in the table of the notification email that I think are random. In the first column it has Field, Position, J, j, 6, Name, E-mail and Phone. I am not sure why the J, j, and 6 is there. Can you provide and explanation?
