Scheduler Embedding and Scheduler Widget Not Working on the GO Theme
-
I tried using Setmore and Appointy scheduler. Tried embedding both and also tried using their plugins. Neither worked. Please help.
Appointy Plugin:
1. Upload Appointy-scheduler Directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Create a page named “Schedule an Appointment” with text {APPOINTY} and enjoy it!Embedding Code:
<iframe src=”your_booking_page_URL” scrolling=”no” width=”100%” height=”100%” frameborder=”0″></iframe>Setmore Plugin:
1. In WordPress, go to Tools > Plugins and search for Setmore, then install the plugin.
2. Connect the plugin to your Setmore account by going to WP Admin > Setmore (or look under the Plugins menu). Enter your Booking Page URL and save your changes.
3. Go to Appearance > Widgets and drag-and-drop the Setmore widget to an area of your website.

Hi @cloudnesday, I hope you are doing great,
I have just checked the plugins, however, both plugins seem to be incompatible with the latest version of WordPress.

The WordPress compatibility issues of those plugins can be resolved only by their respective plugin developers.
If you want to set up appointment scheduling I would warmly recommend choosing one of the actively supported plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/appointments/
I hope this helps, have a nice day,
AndrijaThank you @gdandrija. I will try the other plugins. Do you know why doesn’t the embedding work?
Hi once again @cloudnesday,
Frankly, I’m not sure. But considering the number of recent WordPress updates, anything could be behind it.
Removed support for specific script that is used for displaying content is all it takes.
I wish you good luck with finding an alternative plugin, have a nice day,
Andrija@gdandrija Thank you!
It was my pleasure to assist you @cloudnesday,
Have a nice day,
Andrija
