Question about push notifications

This will require a custom setup, our plugin alone is not setup with this functionality.

Generally you would store the OneSignal user ids involved in each transaction and have your server target them with the “include_player_ids” parameter and target the OneSignal playerID, please see: https://documentation.onesignal.com/reference#section-send-to-specific-devices

You can then save the playerID to your own CRM or Database to target anytime you like. https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/internal-database-crm
