Hey there!
You have a bunch of JavaScript errors on your site, which will prevent a lot of things from functioning, in this case, it’s PayPal
This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. ok thank you. one more thing, the site is infected by malware..could this also be the cause of these JS errors??

Honestly, I have no idea. They are more likely due to conflicts with plugins and themes.
However, having an ecommerce site running while you know you are infected with malware is negligent, and you need to address that as the first issue on your site. That is the major issue here, then take a look at conflict testing as described above.
the site is not yet advertised etc.. its not for me, its for my client, i am the developer, i have suggested cleaning up the site with sucuri services but until now they did not do it i certainly recommended to clean the site first and foremost.

Currently, it sounds like you’re unable to pinpoint the cause of this problem and there is a lot happening on the site with the malware infection. It is certainly possible that the malware is causing this but we’re unable to confirm that.
I hope the cleanup process is going well so please do let us know once that has happened, with everything updated, if you can replicate this bug.
